We will confirm the time and minimum charges if applicable for your in-store booking.

To ensure your device receives the correct service please disclose any details of issues, performance, damage incurred, use and conditions to the Mac Ops store service team.

Mac Ops has minimum assessment fees applicable for phone $49, computers $79 and drones $99. For technical support we charge for 30 minute blocks of support at $79 Incl GST per half hour and after 1 hour technical support pricing will be prorated to the nearest 5 minutes.

If we need to quote for additional work we will do so prior to completing any work under the booking.
